Cancellation Policy
• A 50% cancellation fee will apply to any cancellations made within 24 hours of your scheduled service, as well as to any no-shows.
• If you do not arrive within 15 minutes of your scheduled appointment time, your appointment will be automatically cancelled and the cancellation fee will apply.
• If you are more than 5 minutes late, service options may be limited, and a solid color may be required to ensure adequate timing.
